You’ll also explore budgeting strategies and how to craft a finance plan that balances ambition with reality. Learn how to manage cash flow, licensing, co-productions, and festival strategies, and how to tailor your distribution plan to meet your project’s goals. The session also breaks down sales strategies, audience development, and crafting effective recoupment plans.

• Payment menus for third-party material
• Co-production success: Cultural, financial, and social considerations
• Licensing: Is your footage worth something?
• Buyout vs. paying for 3rd-party material in stages
